Heritage-inspired Hotel @ Thi Sach

Kin Hotel at 11A Thi Sach is a remarkable fusion of cultural heritage and modern design, brought to life by KMA Construction's expert execution. While the design draws inspiration from the rich Vietnamese-Chinese traditions of Cochinchina, it was KMA’s skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail that transformed this vision into a tangible experience.

The hotel features oversized incense coils, a symbolic representation of Vietnamese-Chinese cultural and religious spaces, carefully integrated into the architecture. These elements, along with wooden partition walls dividing the space into intimate zones such as the lobby, sofa areas, and souvenir section, offer guests a captivating journey through time and culture.

The use of Mai Tree Ceramics, a historic craft of Southeast Vietnam, adds another layer of authenticity, as these stunning pieces adorn various parts of the hotel. KMA’s precision and expertise ensured seamless integration of these traditional ceramics into the modern environment, creating a balanced and harmonious atmosphere. With a color palette inspired by the earthy tones of the ceramics and lacquered finishes to highlight the modern yet timeless design, KMA Construction delivered not just a building, but a cultural story told through space. Every corner of Kin Hotel speaks of the craftsmanship and construction excellence that KMA brought to the project, ensuring a distinguished and luxurious experience for all who visit.
