KMA Construction was born from a shared vision-a vision that took root during our university years when we first set our sights on shaping the built environment. We dedicated ourselves to continuous learning, gathering knowledge and experience from our studies, hands-on work, and invaluable collaborations with colleagues, clients, and industry partners.
After a decade of honing our expertise and refining our approach, we set out to establish our own business in 2019. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped the world, disrupting economies and halting progress across industries, including Vietnam’s financial and construction sectors. Faced with uncertainty, we made the difficult decision to pause our plans-not as a setback, but as an opportunity to observe, adapt, and continue learning.
In mid-2023, with a reinforced foundation of experience and resilience, KMA Construction officially launched. Our initial months were spent on-site as project supervisors, ensuring hands-on involvement while simultaneously building our team and refining our workflow processes. This deliberate and meticulous approach allowed us to establish a strong operational framework that would support our long-term growth.
By February 2024, KMA had expanded its capabilities, actively undertaking both design and construction projects across diverse sectors. From high-end hospitality developments-including hotels, resorts, and spas-to vibrant F&B spaces like restaurants, cafés, and lounges, we have positioned ourselves as a trusted partner in bringing visionary concepts to life. Our expertise also extends to residential and commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and structural protection services such as painting, waterproofing, and fireproofing.
